Terms and ConditionsPayment For all monthly services, your credit card will automatically be charged each month for your monthly services. If your card is declined for any reason, your services will be stopped until payment is received. You can avoid having traffic services stopped by notifying Submit Solution of potential card expiration date changes before they occur. We also recommend keeping an alternate card number on file so if the primary card is declined the secondary card will automatically be processed. Cancellations All promotion packages, unless specifically stated otherwise, are on a month-to-month contract and will be AUTOMATICALLY renewed each month. Promotion services can be cancelled at any time with written notice. Your cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing date (renewal date) or your credit card will be charged as scheduled. To cancel your monthly services, simply send an e-mail or a letter clearly stating your name, your email address, the URL for cancellation, with your reason for cancellation to our support department. If a cancellation request is made after the current month's renewal date, services will continue to the end of the billing cycle and future monthly services will be cancelled. Refunds No refunds will be provided if an order has been processed and work has begun, or monthly renewal date has passed. No refunds will be issued for any recurring monthly services - Please see our "Cancellations" section. Client Responsibilities It is the responsibility of the client to regularly check their email for status updates and other pertinent information regarding their account from Submit Solution. Failure of the client to check these emails and/or act upon updates and requests by Submit Solution can and will hinder Submit Solution's ability to properly render services and fully negates Submit Solution from any and all responsibility, promised, assumed or otherwise, to fulfill services for the client's website. Email Problems: Clients are responsible for checking that they are receiving all email correspondences from Submit Solution. If spam filters are in place and may be blocking our emails, the client must make an alternate means to receive this communication (i.e. alternate email, removing spam filters, etc...). Submit Solution cannot be held responsible for any lack of communication due to email problems on the client's side. Billing Problems: Clients are responsible for contacting Submit Solution regarding any billing issues. Any billing issues must be brought to the attention of Submit Solution within 45 days of the problem. Submit Solution will not make any refunds from a billing mistake that is not brought to the attention of Submit Solution within the allotted 45 days. FTP Access Submit Solution may require FTP site information and access in order to fulfill a promotion purchase. Client agrees to provide Submit Solution necessary information. Submit Solution will do everything within its power to maintain the security and integrity of the site, and site access information will be kept confidential and secure. Submit Solution cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any anomalies and/or problems that may occur as a result of normal FTP use. |
